From their nomination:

“Dr. Osier has introduced new classes aimed at enhancing nurses' abilities to provide patient-centered care. One such class is on cultural humility, which teaches nurses how to integrate a patient's cultural background into their care. This information feels essential for patient care, and I am excited to use it in my clinical classes.”

We honor Dr. Osier during National Nurses Week for their passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of registered nurses and nurse scientists!
