Meet Arushi Gupta, MSN Student at UT Austin School of Nursing.
Arushi works as a Registered Nurse at ambulatory center and is graduating in May 2024 with a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Leadership in Diverse Settings (LeaDS).
She plans to use her skills and experience to lead, manage, and innovate in the field of nursing and is passionate about improving patient outcomes, enhancing nursing practice, and advancing health care delivery.
In 2024, Arushi presented her research on “Alleviating Health Disparities through Interprofessional Collaboration: Developing Pre-Surgical Dental Algorithms for Enhanced Patient Care” at the Annual Health Care Institute and at the Interprofessional Health Showcase.
Her goal is to become a nurse leader who can inspire, mentor, and empower other nurses and health care professionals.
